INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 piece of wheat tortillas - purchased ready-made or self-made, diameter for choice

FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS IN THE PAN

  • 300-400 g chicken breast fillet, like Bio - cut into strips - Alternatively, Turkey
  • 1 pepper, yellow, medium size - cut into strips
  • 1 onion, red - cut into rings
  • Salt and Cayenne pepper, Tabasco or chili sauce - to Taste

FOR THE AVOCADO CREAM

  • 1 Avocado, ripe
  • 1/2 organic lime, squeezed say the juice of it

FOR THE FLAVOR OF THE CREME FRAICHE

  • 3 TBSP Creme Fraiche - is also reduced fat

FOR THE FURTHER STORAGE

  • 150 g feta cheese - for example, by GAZi
  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, approx. - cut into fine strips

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE AVOCADO CREAM
