Strawberry Tiramisu in a glass – A Dessert dream

THE STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU MUST BE AT LEAST COOL FOR 1 HOUR.
YOU CAN SET THE AMOUNT TO 4 MORE BIG GLASSES OR 6 SMALL GLASSES
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g of sponge - = approx. 2 Ladyfingers per glass
- 3 TBSP sugar
- 1 lime - freshly squeezed
- 1 Packet Of Vanilla Sugar
- 100 ml orange juice - Alternative with alcohol: strawberry-Limes or Amaretto with orange juice mixed
- Mint or lemon balm - to Decorate
- First You clean the strawberries, pürierst 150g with 1 TBSP of sugar and put the puree cold.
- Then verrührst You briefly in a bowl the Mascarpone cheese, the curd, 2 TBSP sugar, lime juice and vanilla sugar.
