My beloved cucumber has just a season and that's why I wanted to make something different from it as a salad or as an accompaniment in a salad or as a raw food linings. Like you lands skin on my face, because it gives quite a lot of moisture 😉 .

For a homemade lemonade with cucumber is an absolute blast. Also, because it has a high water content. I have also added the juice of one lime and a little agave syrup, and the lemonade taste is rounded off nicely. Then with a bubble of water filled and ready for the perfect summer refreshment!

My cucumber lemonade with lime and agave syrup is made fast and also healthy. The cucumber has no calories but many vitamins and minerals. Agave syrup I gladly accept, and often as a sweetener, because it is very tasty and much less carbohydrates than white sugar.

A more refreshing when the weather's nice is my quick vanilla ice cream without an ice cream maker with only 3 ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

FOR 1 LITER OF CUCUMBER LEMONADE

• 1 Organic Cucumber
• 2 TBSP agave syrup
• Juice of one fresh lime
• 1 Liter of sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS

• The cucumber in half and with a spoon remove the seeds.
  
• Then You cut the cucumber into pieces, put them in a blender and pürierst you.
  
• The Pureed through a sieve into a bowl and pour the puree with a spoon to happen.
  
• Now You have a delicious base juice for Your lemonade.
  
• Only the fresh lime squeeze and add to the bowl and with 2 TABLESPOONS of agave syrup sweet.
  
• The cucumber liquid You are pouring now with 1 Liter of sparkling water and give it to the lemonade if You want, even in a carafe.
